Terms and conditions 
CASUALL 1.
General provisions Definitions:
Working days - days from Monday to the exclusion of public holidays.
Consumer – consumer available in the provisions of the Civil Code. A natural person performing legal transactions that are not directly related to its available or available activities.
Account - an electronic service marked with a symbol (login) and a password defined by the Service User as a set of resources in the Service Provider's IT system, in which 
data provided by the Service User and information about the Orders placed by him in the Online Store are collected.
Customer - any entity that is the owner of the Store.
Newsletter - Electronic distribution service provided by the Service Provider via e-mail, whi
ch allows everyone to send to Service Users periodically automatically received content
delivered in the form of a bulletin containing information about products, new produ
cts and promotions in the Online Store.
Regulations – regulation of the regulations.
Online store - (hereinafter "Store") conducts retail sales by the store owner via the Internet, based on the Regulations [hereinafter "Regulations"].
Civil Code - Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended).

The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the consumer.
The conditions for suspending the sales contract are the acceptance of the Regulations by the customer in order to place orders by checking the appropriate box in the form.
Prices given in stores are gross prices (including VAT).
The goods available in stores are free from legal and legal defects.

2. Orders
1. The prices of goods visible in the store are the total prices for the goods.
2. The total price of the order consists of the price for the goods indicated in the Store and, if applicable, 
the costs of delivery of the goods.
3. Orders can be placed via the form available on the Store's website (www.casuall.pl)
4. The condition for the execution of the order is that the customer provides data allowing verification of the customer and the recipient
of the goods. The store confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail.
5. The parties are bound by the information contained on the Store's website for the purchased goods at the time of placing the order, in particular:
price, characteristics of the goods, their features, elements included in the set, date and method of delivery.
6. The information available on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. When placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product. 
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order for execution.

3. Payments 1. The customer can choose from the following payment methods: a: PayU b: by transfer to the Seller's bank account c: Masterpass

2. If the Customer chooses payment in advance, the order must be paid within 2 Business Days of placing the order
3.The condition for the release (shipment) of the goods is payment for the goods and shipment within a maximum of 2 business days. 
After this date, the order is canceled by the store.

4. Delivery
Applies to shipments sent outside the territory of the Republic of Poland.

1. The store sends the ordered goods via a courier company (DHL).

2. In the case of payment by payment card, the order processing time is counted from the moment of positive authorization of the transaction.

3. The shipping time is counted from the day the payment is credited to the Store's bank account.

4. Delivery of the Product is available in the territory of the European Union.

5. Delivery of the Product to the Customer is chargeable. The Product delivery costs including transportation are indicated to the Customer on the pages of the Online Shop in the information tab concerning delivery costs and during the placement of the Order, including at the moment of expressing the Customer's will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.

6. The term of delivery of the Product to the Customer is up to 7 Business Days, unless a shorter term is specified in the description of the Product in question or when placing the Order. In the case of Products with different delivery terms, the delivery term is the longest term specified

5. PRODUCT COMPLAINT

RETURNS

14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Returned goods must be intact with retained tags. We do not accept products bearing traces of use.

The Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the sales contract without giving
reasons by submitting an appropriate declaration by e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days
from the date of delivery. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement to:
reklamacje@casuall.pl before its expiry. The information should include:

in the subject of the email: order number

- Consumer's name and surname

- Consumer's address

- Contact details (email, telephone number)

- Date of conclusion of the contract/acceptance

- Order/invoice number

-
information on what address and date to order a courier or
information on sending the parcel yourself (only by DHL).

THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

The cost of the return, will be deducted from the returned amount.
Cost of return from Spain -  13 euros

RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

If you can't or don't want to use the convenient return option of DHL, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments. You make the return at your own expense and your own responsibility. The cost is not refundable.

For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.

The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Customer if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are defined by generally applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code (including Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code).

6. Privacy protection

1. The administrator of personal data is the Store Owner.

2. Personal data provided to the Store Owner are provided voluntarily, with the reservation, however, that failure to provide certain data makes it impossible to place and process the customer's order.

3. The Customer may also express separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Store, including a commercial bulletin.

4. The customer has the right to access and correct his or her personal data, request the cessation of their processing and object to their processing.

7. Intellectual property

1. It is prohibited to use any materials published on the Store's website (including photos, descriptions of goods and trademarks) without the w
ritten consent of the Store.

8. Entry into force and changes to the Regulations

1. These Regulations enter into force on the day of publication on the Store's website.

2. These Regulations may be amended, and information about changes to the Regulations will be sent to customers to the e-mail address indicated in the order 14 days before the entry into force of the amended Regulations.

3. Additionally, changes to the Regulations will be published on the Store's website 14 days before the new Regulations enter into force.

4. All orders accepted by the Store Owner for execution before the date of amendment of the Regulations are processed on the basis of the regulations that were in force on the day the customer placed the order.

5. If the customer does not accept the new content of the Regulations, he is obliged to notify the Store Owner of this fact within 14 days from the date of being informed about the change in the Regulations.
